Further adventures of the cockroach...

While visiting some friends Katie and I found another cockroach. She killed it with my shoe. Chacos could come up with a new advertising campaign... "Our shoes can kill cockroaches excellently!" Well, I'm sure that the people they pay to come up with slogans could do better than that, but the concept is there.

Back at the house other roommates put the cockroach spray to good use spraying one that showed up on Molly's bed. That's scary. In bathrooms is bad... but beds? This is too far. Maybe they get a point for that one?

Actually, I think that I killed at least 3 this weekend, but one really big one got away. So the score might be more like Girls: 6; Cockroaches: 3.
Do the cockroaches get an extra point if they make us use the bathroom upstairs? If so, they have 4 points.

When the door was shut and the ark set off on its voyage...who would have thought that after all these years that you would be writing a blog about the offspring of 2 little critters that had been granted a passage!!

I have to wonder why cockroaches even exist. What do they do? Crawl? Breed? Gross. I say it's a result of the fall. Ugh.

Colleen, this is off topic, but I'm trying to help you out. I just received a FAKE email from your email account saying you were stranded in London and need money. I know it's fake because I've gotten emails like this before. YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR GMAIL PASSWORD ASAP.
And to everyone who loves Colleen and is worried, do NOT send money in response to that email (if you got it)! She is NOT stranded in London.

Oh, great, thank you for posting this, my wife and I almost bailed her out, but it sounded a little fishy. I asked her to name her family members but whoever hijaked the account never replied.

I realized that I haven't seen a cockroach in a very, very long time. Oh, this makes me happy.
Miss you and thank you for sharing the story!

Ha! Too funny! Well sorta... only because I can relate! I thought we were the only house in Iraq that had cockroaches! I'm thankful I have a man in the house that has already killed about 7! I have killed one myself, I was proud of that!
